Service Packages and Options

McNamara and Company offers two pricing models.

 

Pricing Model 1.

Fee For Service which involves the use of hourly rates. 

The amount of time is recoded by each team member that provides services to you.  Once the service or engagement has been completed the accumulation of time is used to calculate the fee. 

Please note that interim invoices may be issued, subject to the size and complexity of the engagement.

 

Pricing Model 2.

Client Service Agreements (CSA) or Fixed Fees involves the calculation of an appropriate fee for the provision of services required prior to the services been provided. 

An agreement is provided to you for your consideration.  Typically a CSA encompasses all of your accounting and taxation requirements and is payable in 12 instalments. 

Having such an arrangement in place provides you with more certainty and a greater ability to budget throughout the year.

2.    Prepare Financial Statements
3.    Prepare the Business Activity Statements
4.    Act as your contact with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for matters relating to your taxation affairs  
5.    Act as your contact with ASIC for matters relating to your corporate affairs
6.    Access to monthly client newsletter providing important taxation updates
7.    Ad hoc phone calls and emails

 

Package 2.

1.    Prepare and lodge Income Tax Returns
2.    Prepare Financial Statements
3.    Prepare the Business Activity Statements
4.    Act as your contact with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for matters relating to your taxation affairs
5.    Act as your contact with ASIC for matters relating to your corporate affairs
6.    Access to monthly client newsletter providing important taxation updates
7.    Ad hoc phone calls and emails
8.    Provision of Taxation Planning Schedules and Tax Planning Advice
9.    One annual meeting concerning the above or any of your concerns

 

Package 3.

1.    Prepare and lodge Income Tax Returns
2.    Financial Statements
3.    Prepare the Business Activity Statements
4.    Prepare and lodge the Payroll Tax Annual Return
5.    Act as your contact with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for matters relating to your taxation affairs  
6.    Act as your contact with ASIC for matters relating to your corporate affairs
7.    Act as your contact with the State Revenue Office for matters relating to your taxation affairs
8.    Preparation and lodgement of Application Form for Registration of R & D Activities
9.    Access to monthly client newsletter providing important taxation updates
10.    Unlimited phone calls and emails
11.    One annual meeting for Taxation Planning etc
12.    Facilitate training and guidance in the software applications such as: MYOB; Quicken QuickBooks; Banklink; Xero; Sassu and Microsoft Excel
13.    Liaising with your Financial Planner
14.    Liaising with your Mortgage Broker or Lending Institution
15.    Meetings during year to discuss your trading results and matters of importance which you need to be aware of for the effective operation of your business. We will help you interpret your periodic reports, examining your Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and examine your operation
